    This district between Gyeongbokgung (Palace) and Changdeokgung (palace) is packed with over 900 Korean traditional houses. Members of the royal family and noblemen lived here during the Joseon Period. As it retains the city's old appearance. It is a popular filming location for movies and TV dramas.   Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong is known among both citizens and foreign tourists alike, not just because it is a beautiful promenade in the middle of the city, but because it caters to unique cultural tastes and artistic sensibilities. Adorned with ginkgo trees, Garosu -gil stretches less than a kilometer in Sinsa-dong, but is still considered a main area within the greater Gangnam area. It's true that Garosu-gil boasts splendid scenery in the spring and fall with golden ginkgo trees, but it dazzles visitors mainly due to its collection of quaint stores and its unique bohemian atmosphere.
     
    Itaewon is where the cultures of east and west collide. It remains Seoul's largest multicultural district and is a virtual magnet for shoppers on the hunt for styles and sizes reminiscent to what they would find back home. Among them, Lotte World Adventure is the world's largest indoor theme park with the theme of a miniature global village. Visitors can enjoy various rides as well as over 70 splendid performances and events.
     
    The National Museum of Korea is the flagship museum of Korean history and art in South Korea and is the cultural organization that represents Korea. The museum contains over 150,000 pieces in its collection with 11,000 on display at one time. It claims to be the largest museum in Asia and the sixth-largest museum in the world in terms of floor space covering 307,227 square feet.   Namsan(Mt.) is the best location from which to gaze down on the city of Seoul. N Seoul Tower is a 236.7m-high tower-the 10th highest tower in the world-built on the mountain. Visitor can go up to the observatory by way of the ultra-high speed elevator, visit the Teddy Bear Museum or dine at the Restaurant in the sky lounge that revolves 360 degrees.
       
    Now a street evolved and luxurious youthful and at the same time ancient Samcheong -dong street 10 years ago was just a quiet place with only a few tea houses and a pleasant environment with clean and pure air, water and landscape. Fortunately its charm remains intact to this day an oasis of the roaring frenzy nearby. The only difference is that the street now has more modern restaurants, bars and galleries. Today Samcheong-dong has it all from traditional Hanoks to modern galleries and renaissance style boutiques.
